UPCOMING EVENTS

Anyone can do yoga!  If you can breathe, you can do yoga.

Our classes are set up for all levels.  No matter the intensity level of our classes, we invite you to do what your body allows you to do on any given day.  We invite you to find your edge, but never push past it.  We believe in non-harming (Ahimsa). Listen to your body and always honor what it's telling you.

Yoga can increase flexibility, strength, and awareness.  It can help with injury recovery, increase overall health, and helps relieve stress and anxiety.

Yoga is the union of body of mind through breath.  By yoking together, mind body connection can create a sense of wholeness and peace.

Our yoga includes:  Beginner, hot, cool, pilates, vinyasa, piyo, kids yoga, restorative, meditation, specialty yoga and more. Many are pre-natal friendly. Childcare is available.
