  • Leave your worries and shoes at the door.
  • Turn cell phones off before coming to class.
  • Arrive 5-10 minutes before class to get settled.
    • If late please center yourself before class.
  • Recommended that you not eat a heavy meal right before class.
  • Yoga is practiced from the inside out so try to keep your focus on your practice.
  • Try to banish the competitive attitude.
    • Everyone comes in at different mindset, levels of strength, flexibility, endurance etc.
  • Be kind and listen to your body, rest when you need to.
  • Wear comfortable clothes. Bring towel, water, and positive vibes.
  • Mention any pre-existing injury or special condition you might have.
